This makes chilling reading. I ordered and paid for my bridal gown in full on 15 November, at the Woking branch of Pronuptia. I was told that if I paid the amount in full, I would be given a free bridesmaid's dress to the value of £150. Six months later I am still waiting for a definitive answer as to whether the dress will be ready or not. My calls are not returned and my messages do not appear to be getting through either. The staff appear very helpful when you are right there in front of them, but when you call for updates, they say the system hasn't been updated or it's a new system or they've just moved. I've gone from being very impressed with Pronuptia to thoroughly dissatisfied. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their "sister shop" in Datchet is not much better either.
