No matter where you are up to in the planning of your wedding there are steps you can put in place to improve how radiant you will look on the big day.  These include general improvements to diet, skin cleansing and your lifestyle.  With a few tweaks you can make sure you really are the centre of attention that day!

Ideally you need a six month count down plan but even in a few weeks you can create some excellent improvements.

The common sense first step is to ensure you are eating a varied and balanced diet and that you are exercising regularly.  You don’t need to aim to be an Olympian but a simple 30 minutes of gentle exercise incorporated into your day will help your to look glowing and healthy by boosting your circulation.  Not only will it tone your muscles but it will help to flush away any nasty toxins.

Stock up on fresh fruits and vegetables and also aim to drink around eight glasses of water per day.  Cut back on alcohol ad smoking to make sure your skin looks as vibrant and fresh as possible.  Aim to get to bed early during the weeks heading up to the wedding and clock up a good eight hours sleep per night.
