Getting married, as we know is a very expensive day to spend all your hard saved money on.  If you’ve spent a few years penny pinching and cutting back on things you normally enjoy doing, you need to make sure that every penny is accounted for and well spent.

Looking through websites and magazines and talking to all your friends who have gone through the experience already - ideas and thus more money will soon run away from you.

The best thing to do is write a list of everything you need and a budget to go alongside it - and stick to it.

If you have any money left over that’s when you can get and add the things that you would like and which will make your day just that little bit more special.
